I’m Tara, an acupuncturist, yoga teacher, women’s health expert and the founder of Aculibrium Acupuncture, Zaa Fertility and Aculibrium Events. My practice integrates ancient wisdom and modern health models to offer personalised care based on individual needs. 

I hold a Batchelor of Science in with honours  in acupuncture from The University of Westminster and have over 20 years of clinical experience. I also hold postrgraduate specialisations in acupuncture for the treatment of infertility and obstetric acupuncture. In addition, I am a trained vinyasa yoga teacher and a specialist fertility yoga teacher.

My professional memberships include the British Acupuncture council and I am also recognised as an authorised acupuncture practitioner by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
